Carol is a Yoga Instructor with 500 hours of training [RYT]. She currently teaches Yin Yoga tailored for the body's connective tissue and joints. She is also Reiki Master.
Carol completed over 300 hours of study in Traditional Chinese Medicine Qigong. With her partner, she offers Qigong and Tai chi workshops.
Carol's classes are aligned with the 5 elements
of traditional Chinese medicine and the cycles of nature. She also places emphasis on the breath and meditation to support the body's true essence and return to harmony.
