4 Categories / Selections: Energize, Relax, Sleep, & Stress Relief Each category has 3 tracks for a total of 12 tracks. Each track is embedded with specific frequencies to shift your mind into different states. Each track stimulates healthy neural activity, resulting in your mind syncing with the rhythm and your body becoming more relaxed or energized depending on the category chosen. Timer: 15, 30, 45 and 60 minutes. Volume can be set from zero (no sound) to 30. You can also plug in your own headset to adjust the sound. Vibro setting ranges from 0 (no vibration) to 30. |
