"I am so glad I stumbled across the BioMat. I love it. It's a wonderful gift for one's mind and body. My husband takes advantage of it, too. He claims it puts him in an unconscious state of mind. It's good for him. He needs to quiet down.
I have it set up the BioMat in a spare bedroom and we use it when it's convenient for us both. It works out well. I'm not sure if I'd want to sleep on it all night.
